Week 30’s recipe: carrot salad, the Fédala way.

Ingredients for 6 persons:

  • 500g grated carrots
  • 3 oranges
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 s.s. orangeblossom water
  • 3 s.s. olive oil
  • salt and pepper

How to make it:

  1. Make a dressing with the juice of the lemon, of one of the oranges, the olive oil and the salt and pepper. Add the orangeblossom water and pour over the carrots.
  2. Peal the remaining oranges, cut them in dice and add them into the carrot bowl. Et voilà!!

A delicious and refreshing summer salad:-) The trick: add some fresh mint to the salad.
